Italian transportation company, 900 million Euros sales a year, 750 full time equivalents.


Objectives:
Integration of a company acquired, generating additional 250 million Euros sales per year.


Main milestones achieved:
1. Planning: create integration plan targeted at achieving synergy goals defined in Pre-M&A phase.

  • Definition of A, B, C, D priorities for the first 10, 20, 30, 40+ weeks
  • Planning of objectives in all functional areas including key functional managers
  • Elaboration of communication strategy to all stakeholders, such as shareholders, press, suppliers, staff from both companies

2. Project controlling: collection of relevant data, analysis of achievements and deviations, recommendation to the project chairperson

3. Interim management support to finance department
